Scheme of order preparation and production

1)  Order acceptance + programming studio

• after entering the customer´s requirements, processing and price calculation (within 3 hrs at max.)
  The graphic pattern can be sent via e-mail in CDR 11, AI, JPG, BMP or DOC formats or as a high quality print on paper.

• After the order is completed - production of embroidery software, preparation of technological process and contingent sample production takes place.

2) Production

• we embroider on top multihead Japanese automatic TAJIMA machines

• the embroidery can be made on all kinds of textile materials, caps, semi-products (parts) etc. We offer advertising textile as well..

3) Work assembly

• cleaning, steaming, punching and finalizing the order

• socking

• ironing

• packaging in agreement with the customer´s wish

4) Shipping

• In most cases the goods are shipped to the custmer´s address within 24 hours after completion - anywhere in the Czech Republic.

• We use the following transport services:

  - Profi, Czech post
  - PPL
  - CD messenger
